Resizable Text

All text on our website can be easily resized to make it more easily readable. To increase, or decrease, try the following:

• Internet Explorer 7+ : Click View > Text Size and select your preferred size.
• Chrome 20+ : Click on the customize icon Social Computing on the right side of the address bar and increase/decrease the font size using +/- under Zoom.
• Firefox 15+ : Click View > Zoom > Zoom In and get your preferred size, or with your keyboard, press Ctrl-Plus (Windows) or Cmd-Plus (Mac) to enlarge text, or Ctrl-Minus (Windows) or Cmd-Minus (Mac) to reduce it.
• Opera 11+ : Click View> Text Zoom and select your preferred size, or with your keyboard, press Ctrl-Plus (Windows) or Cmd-Plus (Mac) to enlarge text, or Ctrl-Minus (Windows) or Cmd-Minus (Mac) to reduce it.
• Safari 5+ : Click on Social Computing and go to Zoom>Zoom In and get your preferred size, or with your keyboard, press Ctrl-Plus (Windows) or Cmd-Plus (Mac) to enlarge text, or Ctrl-Minus (Windows) or Cmd-Minus (Mac) to reduce it.

Access keys

The access key attribute allows you to activate a control on a page using a keyboard shortcut. For IE/Windows, press Alt + access key, while for Firefox/Windows, press Alt + Shift + access key; for most Mac browsers, press Ctrl + access key; for Opera, press Shift + Esc to get a list of links for which access key attributes are defined.

Logical Form Navigation – Tab Indexes

Our forms have been developed with a “Tab Indexing”, this quite literally allows you use the [TAB] key to easily move between fields.

Exceptions

All features regarding accessibility will not be available from the starting, but we have a systematic development plan to implement all the standards for accessibility and usability. However, it is not always possible to do the same in all areas of the website.
